Baking has always been a love of mine. I remember a couple of years ago, the first time I made buttery homemade pie crust using the Barefoot Contessa’s recipe, I was so proud of myself! I have vivid memories of stirring all of my ingredients in a big bowl, putting them in the oven and watching my cake or cupcakes magically puff up into soft deliciousness. It was amazing! That’s where my love of baking and cooking began.

Thank you, mom.  Continue reading “Churro Cupcakes”
