I am passionate about food, travel, my handsome husband, Tommy and our sweet baby boy.
My recipes are simple, affordable and easy to make. I don’t love measuring ingredients, and everything didn’t have to be perfect in my book.
I cook because I love it, because it saves money, and because I love to nourish my body as well as my husband’s with healthy food. I eat mostly vegetarian food, but also cook meaty dishes for my t-rex, carnivorous husband.
The way to my husband, Tommy’s, heart is through his stomach. He proposed to me all over again after the steak I cooked him last Valentine’s Day, ladies. I mean… if that doesn’t say romance, I don’t know what does!

We live in Southern California, and love to travel often and explore new places. I work full-time for a local school district, and I enjoy spending time with my family.
